A cool, cloudy white, (triply?) terminated, 60.2 gram Barite Crystal that was just unearthed this year from the Sirius Mine, near Grand Junction, Colorado.

The coolest thing about this one is that it has a twin termination at the top and a termination one the side! It’s like a diamond, just a lot softer…

Slight Kaolinite inclusions caused this to be cloudy, and it’s like looking at a cloud, with a couple cracks or layers through it! This is definitely as unique as each cloud…
