Titanite

Titanite (Ca,Ti,Si,O), aka Sphene, typically also has Iron and Aluminium impurities present as well as Rare-Earths including Cerium and Yttrium, and the Calcium may be partly replaced by Thorium. This piece doesn’t seem radioactive at all, though. A great sample for Titanium for element collectors, this is what your Golf Clubs are made of and what allows certain paint pigments to be made.
